Brownfields
Leader has evaluated numerous properties with environmental contamination (i.e. Brownfield properties) in conjunction with different State Brownfield programs. A number of these sites have been reviewed to determine if they are being appropriately managed by third parties under Brownfield programs, were candidates for Brownfield programs or if they are able to be managed by a third party acceptably. Our evaluations have also included several equity interest projects for either Leader management, or others, for investment portfolio purposes.
Leader personnel have successfully completed numerous remediation projects for Fortune 500 companies.
